Starting time: 9.30am in Busseto
Duration of the experience: 4 hours + lunch break
Arrive in Busseto at the Tourist Information Office at 9:30am. Meeting with the guide, pick-up of the bike and cycling 20 minutes to Roncole Verdi, the birthplace of Giuseppe Verdi. Visit the antique house where the composer was born and grew up; probably this humble home in the countryside, rich of different memorabilia, is the most evocative place of Verdi itinerary.
Transfer to Busseto and visit Casa Barezzi Museum: Antonio Barezzi, a wealthy merchant and a great music lover, glimpsed Giuseppe Verdi’s aptitude for music early on and asked him to his home as a music teacher for his daughter, Margherita (the future wife of Verdi).
The next visit is the Verdi’s Theatre set inside the Municipality, a medieval building in the city centre of Busseto.

In the afternoon transfer to Sant’Agata and visit Villa Verdi: in this place, the most famous Italian composer lived and wrote his music, enjoying the necessary privacy and silence for his creative genius and his shy and reserved character.
Return in Busseto and drop-off of the bike
