7 day – Assisi/Siena: In the morning regional train to Siena , via Florence (total duration about 4h15). In the afternoon guided walking tour of the city center followed by 2 hours “Wine School” and tasting. Overnight in the reserved hotel.

8 day – Siena: Full day Chianti and San Gimignano guided tour with wine and balsamic vinegar tasting and snacks. Overnight

9 day – Siena/Florence: Regional train to Florence (duration about 1h20). Guided visit of Galleria dell’Accademia (David) followed by a walking tour of the city center. Overnight in the reserved hotel.

10 day – Florence: Morning excursion to Pisa and visit at the Leaning Tower. Overnight

11 day – Florence: In the morning cooking school with visit to the local fresh market. Afternoon at disposal. Overnight
