Once confirming a booking with Italybeyond the following terms and conditions are automatically accepted

The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Italybeyond” refer to Italybeyond LLC, a Florida limited company. The term “you” or “customer” refers to the Travel Agency or customer booking services through any communication means.


TERMS & CONDITION – APPLIED FOR ALL BOOKINGS

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 1 month prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 31 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.

These general payment conditions are applied to all reservations unless otherwise informed at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to a $200 per person administrative fee. Additionally, clients are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the suppliers of services used in the itinerary and/or non-refundable services.

Cancellation fees in addition to the administrative fee:

Until 31 days from departure: 0% + non-refundable services (if any)
From 30 until 21 days: 30% + non-refundable services (if any)
From 20 until 10 days: 50% + non-refundable service (if any)
From 9 days until departure/no show: 100%

These general cancellation terms are applied to all reservations unless otherwise informed at the time of booking.

CHANGES REQUESTED BY CUSTOMERS

After all services are booked and an “Itinerary confirmation” is sent with the details of the services booked, any changes requested by customer will be subject to availability and a fee of $100 for each reservation (of any type) that is required to be changed in addition to any extra cost or fee our suppliers will apply. 

30 days prior to the departure date, no changes can be made to an itinerary and any cancellation of services will be charged at 100%.

For changes required while traveling the same conditions will be applied.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend the purchase of a trip cancellation insurance and a travel insurance (ask your travel agent)

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

It is responsibility of the customer to verify the validity of the passports required for travel abroad and verify any visa requirements for customer of different nationality

BAGGAGE

Any transportation service booked allows 1 pc of baggage per person. Please inform our booking department if customers are traveling with more than a suitcase per person.

CURRENCY & RATE EXCHANGE

Itineraries and services are always quoted in Euro.

Invoices for payments are can be issued in US$ or CAD applying a rate exchange calculated from the AFEX daily interbank rate.

We can also accept payments directly in Euro but only via bank transfer (to our European bank account)

CLAIMS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are not made for any missed services, except for verifiable circumstances.

Claims for refunds shall be submitted in writing within 30 days of the end of the and be accompanied by supporting documentation in order to verify the claim.

LIMITS ON RESPONSIBILITY

Neither Italybeyond LLC, its affiliated entities and its and their employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively “Italybeyond”) own or operate any supplier which provide services for your trip. It purchases transportations, hotels and other accommodations, restaurants, and any other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and companies are independent contractors. As a result, Italybeyond is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.

Italybeyond acts solely as agents for the client exercising all reasonable care possible to ensure the traveler’s safety and satisfaction, but, Italybeyond neither assumes nor bears any responsibility or liability for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising in connection with the services of any airplane, train, ship, automobile, motor coach, carriage, or other conveyance, or the actions of any third-party involved in carrying the traveler or in affecting these tours. Italybeyond is not responsible for damages, additional expenses, or any other losses due to cancellation, delay or other changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, civil disturbances, acts or threats of terrorism, travel warnings or bans, termination or suspension of war risks or other carrier insurance, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond its control. All such losses must be borne by the traveler, and tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. Italybeyond is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellation costs due to incorrect, incomplete or expired traveler documents. In the event of cancellation, delay or rescheduling mandated by any of the aforesaid causes beyond Italybeyond’s control, the passenger shall have the option of accepting in lieu of the original tour such rescheduled tour or other substituted tour(s) as may be offered, or else, receiving a refund of as much of such advance tour expenditures as Italybeyond can recover on the traveler’s behalf from carriers, third-party tour vendors, etc., but, Italybeyond shall not have any obligation or liability to the traveler beyond the foregoing. Italybeyond reserves the right to make alterations to the tours itinerary and to substitute hotels, vehicles, ships, or activities if this is required. Italybeyond reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any tour prior to departure, and, so long as this is not due to any of the aforesaid causes beyond our control, the passenger shall be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to that point if he/she so desires, less any non-refundable deposits or uncollectible expenses incurred.

In addition and without limitation, Italybeyond is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

ARBITRATION

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, to the Responsibility Clause, or any information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Florida, US, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association then existent.
