3 days/2 nights itinerary from ROME
Day 1: Rome – Latina
Pick up in Rome and private transfer towards Latina, among the most unknown and brand new wine destinations in Italy. On the way to Latina we stop in the famous Castelli Romani area and we stop in Castel Gandolfo for a little walk before heading towards Ariccia where we’ll meet Marco, a local guide who’ll bring us for lunch to a special Fraschetteria, a typical italian restaurant. After lunch we get on the van and reach Latina at Cincinnato Wine Resort where we will stay for the next 2 days. We have and aperitivo / tasting, dinner and overnight. Cincinnato is deeply conscious of the importance of typicity and biodiversity, and for this reason has always been committed to regenerating and showcasing native grape varieties such as Nero Buono and Bellone. For over 20 years it has invested substantial human and economic resources in a challenging quality project, aiming to improve the product and advance the winery. The production protocol adopted involves meticulously defined vineyard procedures, a harvesting calendar, and scrupulous vinification processes. The winery is renowned for its environmental efforts including organic methods in the rows, a photovoltaic system ensuring independent power generation, and local distribution using natural gas-fueled vehicles

Day 2: Wine day tour
This morning, after breakfast, we meet our local driver for a special wine day tour experience. The first winery will be Donato Giangirolami, a beautiful estate that will help us have a better understanding of the Latina Environment. At the end of the tasting we move towards Cori where we’ll stop for lunch and a visit to the little village before heading towards one of the most interesting new wineries of Central Italy, Carpineti, where Marco Carpineti will let you enjoy a very beautiful experience discovering the vineyards and the winery before tasting 3 of their labels and 2 grappas with chocolate.
Back to the hotel, dinner included .
