Program: Meeting with our driver at your hotel in Bologna and departure to visit two local wineries in the hills between Bologna and Imola. Tastings of local wines such as: Chardonnay, Pignoletto, Sangiovese and  Albana, the first Italian white wine to win official DOCG recognition, in 1987,  today faithfully reflecting an amalgam of traditional experience and contemporary discoveries. Full lunch at the second wine place with a rich variety of local foods and wine pairings. In the afternoon departure to Dozza,  the medieval village where art becomes urban landscape through the decoration of house walls, streets and squares which fills the corners of the village with light and bright colors. It’s a real open-air museum, where you can admire more than one hundred works by several prestigious contemporary artists. Visit the Fortress of Dozza (on own). Here you have the possibility to have a last wine tasting in the ancient cellars that host Enoteca Regionale dell’Emilia Romagna (not included).
