During this experience at one of the best Ice Cream artisan of Italy: “Ciacco”, the participants will be introduced into the world of the original artisanal Italian ice cream through a short presentation of the product “gelato” and of the technologies used to make it in the artisanal way. The next step will be the operative phase where each participant will learn how to create their own recipe in order to transform in gelato the most differente raw materials: fruit, chocolate, creams and more. At the end, the final tasting will be of course of the gelato made by each one other than the possibility to taste all the production of this particular ice cream maker. The participant to this unique experience will also have the possibility to come back before the evening closing to bring to their accommodation the “gelato” made during the day to enjoy it until the end. During the activity you will be dressed up like a real gelato maker, at the end you will receive a short introductory booklet about the artisanal gelato.
