Castles, culture, wine and cooking all’italiana! A renown, medieval cantina nestled amongst some of the oldest cantinas in the Collio region, invites you to take part in a cooking course where all the secrets of local Friulian cuisine will be revealed. Learn to make pasta, bread and mouth-watering delicacies. This stunning and opulent castle sits on a huge estate with a golf course and has its very own cantina, the wines of which are all part of a delicious lunch menu during your visit. There is also a Wine Therapy Spa for those who wish to experience the fullest benefits of the grape, in the words of your host “Wine is joy, good health and well-being”.
