A gastronomic journey to discover local products, in the space of the Ca du Nonu farmhouse, center for gastronomy courses in the beautiful panoramic point of Vallebona. Participants will discover the characteristics of the IMPERIA Lavender with which they will prepare a dish and a dessert. After the lesson the participants will taste the dishes prepared accompanied by a glass of wine.
