If you think that lavender is only found in Provence (France), this is the experience you should try. In Liguria in the last decades always more farmers has invested in lavender cultivations. We have the sun, the right climate and it is possible to grow all the different kind of lavender. During these two hours you will see a small lavender field and you will be taken through all the secrets behind this bio production from Federico Guadalupi, owner of the Biodiversamente lavender farm. It will be also shown how the lavender is distillate to obtain the precious essential oil that will be then used in all the preparation. After that you will be able to taste some sweet made with the officinalis lavender and all the other homemade sweetness accompanied by a good cup of tea or a coffee
