This morning experience first-hand one of Puglia’s most important treasures: olive oil! Visit one of the area’s beautiful “Masseria” to discover how olive oil has been made in this area since the bronze age. This visit provides a fascinating insight into olive oil production. We’ll walk the beautiful grounds of the estate and of course enjoy some olive oil tasting. Next visit a cheese maker for an insider’s look at the wildly indulgent cheese scene. You will meet local cheese artisan at his farm, where he will demonstrate the art of making fresh burrata and mozzarella! Enjoy a tasting lunch of local products in the farm. After lunch it’s time to try some of Puglia’s up-and-coming wines. At a charming winery, full of character and close to one of the Itria Valley’s most characteristic towns, our guide will lead you through a tasting of a range of their best produce
