Duration of the experience: 1h30 tour and 1h30 cooking class

Included: Your own dedicated expert and licensed English tour guide (1 ½ hour) + Private 90-minute lesson with our pizza maker or chef + Lunch or dinner, soft drink and homemade tiramisu

At the end of the walking tour we will continue with a 90-minute cooking class. You will discover the secrets of some Jewish specialties the Ghetto in famous for: the artichokes “Carciofi alla Giudia” (only in winter times), “Concia of Zucchini”, “Tortino di aliciotti e indivia” (anchovies and endive).
If you prefer, you can choose to learn how to make perfect Italian fresh pasta or Roman pizza making. The techniques that are used to get the most out of the dough.

And finally .. lunch or dinner including soft drink and homemade tiramisĂą
