The Neapolitan tradition is alive! Just few minutes walk from Piazza Carlo III we reach Alberto Squillace’ s lab. Alberto, a 5th generations of leather handmade gloves designers,He makes its gloves by using the same technique handed down for 5 generations! Taste a coffee offered by the house while you listen to Alberto’s stories and observe the dexterity and familiarity with which he chooses the leathers, proceeds to the cut and explains all the 25 steps. The changes of the last 100 years have not damage a tradition The time runs fast between a chat and a coffee, and when it’s time to go, you will bring with you an indelible memory of the passion, warmth, friendliness, and tales of Alberto, and if one day you will return to Naples I’m sure, you’ll come back here for a coffee. Let’s go away to join another artist, Ulderico Pinfildi ,The Neapolitan Nativity scene’s artist ,grown nourished by clay and passion, that reinterprets the Neapolitan nativity scene in a unique way, the result is the creation of artworks! Do you know when and why The Nativity Scene was born in Naples?
