There can be few better ways to enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic than out on the water. At the picturesque old port of Monopoli embark on an imposing gulet style tall ship, with high masts and a beautiful wooden deck. Just sit back in style and enjoy the sea breeze and the coastal views with a cool glass of prosecco. The next town, north of Monopoli is Polignano a Mare, the cliff-top town known as the Amalfi of Puglia. This is the most picturesque stretch of coast in the entire area. You will see the stunning sea caves below the dramatic cliffs of the town and also the location of the annual world series of Red Bull Cliff-Diving (the only site in the whole of Italy). The Tall Ship will weigh anchor and you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the lovely clear waters. After 4 hours on the water we will make port, enjoy a fine dining lunch at one of Polignano’s leading fish restaurants followed by a stroll in the old town, taking in the various iconic viewpoints from around the cliff tops and taste some artisan gelato
